  • Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 30 September 2010) surcharge: US$ 32 nett /room /night.
  • Peak season (20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011) surcharge: US$ 42 nett /room /night, minimum 3 nights stay is required this period.
  • No check in or check out are allowed on 31 December 2010 and 1 January 2011.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
  • No show, cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay during high & peak season will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
  • Extra bed / third person surcharge US$ 42 nett /room /night.
  • Complimentary rollaway bed for children under 8 yo and sharing the parents room, breakfast will be charged US$ 7.5 nett /child.
