Rates are per room per night basis.
Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season or 30 (thirty) days during high season.
50% of the total room blocking will be charged if cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival at low season or 14 (fourteen) days during high season.
No show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Extra bed surcharge US$ 33 nett /night.
No additional charge for maximum 2 children under 12 years old accompanying their parents and use existing bed.
Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
