- Rates are per room per night basis.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed (applicable for Deluxe only) surcharge US$ 20 /bed /night.
- Airport transfer is available with additional charge Rp 100,000 /car /way during office hour (9.00 AM - 16.00 PM); before and after office hour, airport transfer charge is Rp 120,000 /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
