are per room per night basis.

Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended
check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00
PM.
- High
season (1 July - 31 August 2010) surcharge US$ 12 nett /room
/night.
- Peak
season (21 December 2010 - 10 January 2011) surcharge US$
17 nett /room /night.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21
(twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days
during peak season.
- Extra
bed (applicable for Deluxe only) surcharge US$ 14 nett /night.
- Airport
transfer is available at Rp. 85,000 /car /way.
- Full
payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
