Rates are per room per night basis.
Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 PM.
Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
High season (1 July - 31 August 2008) surcharge: US$ 17 nett /room /night.
Peak season (24 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 27 nett /room /night.
1 (one) night deposit should be transfered 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, 1 (one) night deposit is due immediately.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at high season and 21 (twenty one) days during peak season.
Early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Extra bed US$ 17 nett /room /night.
No additional charge for maximum 2 children under 13 years old sharing room with the parents room with 1 extra bed provided. Breakfast will be discounted 50% from adult charge.
Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 75,000 nett /way /car.
Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2008) dinner surcharge US$ 30 nett /person.
