Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 PM.
Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
High season (15 June - 31 August 2010 / 7 - 15 September 2010) surcharge: US$ 27 nett /room /night.
Peak season (24 December 2010 - 5 January 2011) surcharge: US$ 37 nett /room /night.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
No show during high & peak season, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Extra bed surcharge US$ 27 nett /bed /night.
No additional charge for maximum 1 child (0 - 11 years old) sharing room with the parents room with 1 extra bed provided. Breakfast will be discounted 50% from adult charge.
