& Condition:
- Rates
are per room per night basis.

Check in and check out time at 12.00 noon and check in time
2.00 pm.
- Extended
check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00
PM.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season or
30 (thirty) days during high season.
- For
minimum stay 7 nights booking, early check-out will be charged
2 (two) nights cancellation fee during low season, or 50%
of total reservation value during high season.
- No
show will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra
bed surcharge US$ 37 nett /bed /night.
- Compulsory
New Years's Eve (31 December 2010) surcharge US$ 65 nett /person.
- No
additional charge for maximum 2 children (0 - 11 years old)
sharing with the parents room without extra bed, breakfast
is not included.
- Full
payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment
by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
