are per room per night basis.

Check in time at 1.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended
check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00
PM.

High season (1 July - 30 September 2010) surcharge: US$ 17
nett /room /night.
- Peak
season (20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011) surcharge: US$
22 nett /room /night.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 14 (fourteen)
days during high season and 21 (twenty one) days during peak
season.
- No
show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will
be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra
bed surcharge US$ 22 nett /night.
- Maximum
2 children (0 - 11 years old) are allowed in the same room
with parents (extra bed & breakfast are not inlcuded).
- Airport
transfer services available at additional charge Rp 75,000
nett /way /car.
- Full
payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment
