Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
Peak season (22 December 2009 - 5 January 2010) surcharge US$ 5 nett /room /night.
Full payment should be transfered immediately to secure the booking.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season and 30 (thirty) days at peak season.
No show, any cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charge 100% of total reservation value.

Minimum stay 2 (two) nights will be applied during peak season period.
