Very efficient and friendly service.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very helpful on the tour. He helped us to enjoy a great day of touring Ubud. I would highly recommend Bali Friendly services to other friends in Australia.

Another small villa compounds in Petitenget area, which has the Balinese charms and surprisingly spacey room with outdoor shower, small kitchen, fridge and large stone bath tube.
Room is clean, all facilities (water tap, AC, electricity, flat screen TV were all working well, no hassle at all). Pool is small but lovely.
Its really worth the value.
We really glad we chose this place.
Location is just perfect, close to Hu'u Cafe, Living Room, and we could have a walk to Petitenget Beach in the morning or late afternoon for stroll along watching sunset or just having a nice drinks at La Lucciola.

What a very nice 2 full days tour with Nyoman, a driver provided by Bali Friendly. He's very polite, friendly, driving carefully and helpful.
At Day 1, we got Nyoman bring us to Tanah Lot, Uluwatu (to watch sunset and Kecak Dance Performance) and end that day with seafood dining at Jimbaran.
On Day 2, we got him to drive us in the morning to Kintamani area (Lake Batur, Tampak Siring Palace) and having lunch at Ubud. Then we went shopping in Ubud Market and wrapped up the day by having a nice coffee in Sayan Terrace facing a green tranquil & lushful view of Sayan Valley.
It was a wonderful trip and Nyoman is our favorite driver everytime we make a trip to Bali.

Clean, quiet, cozy and charming small villa compounds. Friendly staff and they also have a small but nice pool to relax.
The best thing about this place is its value.
Location is in Petitenget area and close to many nice restaurants. And you can have a healthy walk to Petitenget beach in the morning.

He is friendly, good in hands on technical skills and yet he is well taking care of his clientele.

Putu Bali Villas is a very friendly and authentic Balinese
Hotel. Gardens around hotel lovely and well looked after.
The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for
you, always smiling and knew us by name!
The Standard Rooms very adequate and some of us stayed
in the Deluxe Pavilion Rooms which were more modern
and appealing.
The pool area a little small only four deck chairs and
a double sun lounge, not much room around them though.
Pool quite deep and very clean. All in all great value
and very friendly, warm place.
Breakfast simple and lovely and plenty of it! |

cannot say enough about Bali Friendly. Your customer
service is exceptional and professional.
I work in the airline industry and know good customer
service when I see it. Our stay at Casa Indigo was
great. Amoaras Spa was certainly a highlight of our
stay in Seminyak.
When we needed a hotel at the last minute, Bali Friendly
was able to quickly secure a reservation for me at
Casa Padma Suites without any advanced notice. Casa
Padma was a great deal. What I like best about Bali
Friendly, apart from the fantastic customer service,
is the selection of properties (and spas). You have
something for everyone in all price range!
The
rates with the properties are incredible. I certainly
felt that we got great value for our money at all
the properties we stayed at. I would definitely use
your services again.
I have a friend traveling to Bali next month on her
honeymoon. I have already told her to use your company
for all of her accomodation and spa needs.

service at front desk (especially Made & Eggo) always
went extra mile to help.
However, the food was mediocre and the service was very
slow during breakfast at the poolside and dinner.
Saving grace for meals was the lovely setting and friendly
smiles. Only 1 English cable channel at a time between
all hotel guests.
Shuttle service was convenient & drivers were helpful
& punctual. Room view & grounds were beautiful.

I would like to inform u dat, since my arrival in Bali
(especially to Bali Village Hotel) from the very day
one, im very optimistic and astonished with the hospitality
from all your staffs (Bali Friendly) to all the hotel
staffs (Bali Village Hotel). The hotel itself have the
natural surrounding as though that I'm living in my
home courtyard. Very refreshing, relaxing and unstressful
peace of mind. I really like it very much and it was
beyond my expectation...
Suprisingly too, the masseur, which I've made the reservation
through (again) BaliFriendly, he was very friendly and
experience as well. It was a very relaxing moment as
he massages throughout a session of 1 hour and 30 mins
(almost in deep sleep while he message).

My visit to Bali was from 18th - 23th April 2007. It
was such an experienced that I have had from the staff

The pick up at the airport as well as the return from
the hotel was handled very well. The driver was waiting
for me as I came out of the baggage area. He was courteous,

information to me as we drove from the airport to the
hotel. The return to the airport was equally well done
by both the driver and the second person who came with
the driver. They both were courteous, and socially engaging.
I could not have asked for or expected better service.
I stayed at the Bali Agung Village hotel and was quite
satisfied with the accommodations. The room was fairly
priced and the staff was quite helpful.

had a great time again at Bali, the support from your
side was great, especially the help on the moment we
found out that one of the places was not really what
we wanted.
Your staff did a great job and stole our sympathie.....

I
just recovered from the horribly long flight from Bali
to Frankfurt; but I have to say that I was deeply impressed
by the beauty of the island and the hospitality of the
people. It is at least close to the paradise for a foreign
tourist.
Although I have a very vivid feeling also for the problems
of the people living in Bali and starving because of
the lack of tourists at the present time. I hope very
much that this might improve and that the visible consequences
of tourism with plastic wastage not only on the beach
but also up to the mountains might be stopped and reversed
step by step.
As a biologist I see with concern how the unique natural
resources are overstressed, not by the number of people
but by the abuse. Education of all citizens of Bali
and strong influence on the behaviour of tourists will
be required to reverse the trend.

were very happy with the villa. It was clean and tidy
and it was totally prepared for our arrival. The people
are also very friendly. It would be best if there is
a ceiling fan in the living room as it's quite hot and
humid during our stay there. Other than the bad experience
in shuttle service, the stay was a pleasant one. Once
again, thanks for your help. |

First
of all, I would like to say that I truely had a wonderful
holiday, thanks to you. Bali is a beautiful island,with
the friendliest people. It's the only place to go on
holiday. To finish I would like to say that I was horrified
when the latest bombing took place. Nasty people!! Needless
to say I will be back.
P.S. just to say that I really enjoyed my stay in Bali
Mystique, and found the staff very kind, and very friendly.
