& Conditions :

Rates
are per room per night basis.
- Check
in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended
check out until 1.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate &
full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

If
reservation made 45 days or above prior to arrival, 1 night
deposit is required within 5 working days. Second payment
for deposit : 50% less deposit received not later than 45
days, and 50% balance of payment must be made within 30 days.

If
reservation made between 15 to 44 days prior to arrival, 1
night due deposit within 5 working days. Second payment for
deposit : 100 % less deposit no later than 30 days from arrival
date.

If
reservation made between 1 days to 14 days, full payment must
be made within 24 hours of reservation.

Heavenly
Residence requires at least 45 days advance notice of cancellation
to get a full refund of rental sum deposit received.
-
If
cancellation noticed from 30 to 44 days, Heavenly Residence
shall refund 50 % of deposit money received.
-
If
cancellation noticed from 0 to 29 days, Heavenly Residence
shall forfeit the entire deposit.
-
Change
of date must be made above 30 days from expected arrival date
and subject to space available and only one time allowed per
customer.

Should
Heavenly Residence less than 30 days notice of changes in
guest reservation dates, Heavenly Residence shall honor the
change subject to space availability and forfeiture of the
100% rental sum deposit.

No
refunds are given for cancellation or date change during the
peak season periods.

Early
check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged
100% of total reservation value.
- No
extra bed or baby cot are available.
- Payment
by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
