Kokonut

High season surcharge US$ 22 /night for One Bedroom Suite
& One Bedroom Suite with Pool, and US$ 42 /night for Two
Bedroom Suite, during period :
a. 1 July - 31 August 2011.
b. 26 August - 4 September 2011 (Eid Mubarak Period).
c. 21 December 2011 - 10 January 2012.
d. 23 -26 January 2012 (Chinese New Year)
e. 4 - 6 March 2012 (Balinese Seclusion Day 2012).
- Minimum
stay 3 (three) consecutive nights is required during period
26 August - 4 September 2011 and 21 December 2011 - 10 January
2012.
- Any
bookings with check-out date on December 31st & January
1st will not be confirmed.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 21 (twenty one) days during high season, or full charge
will be applied if the cancellation noticed less than 14 (fourteen)
days during high season.
- No
show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior
to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay
will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra
bed surcharge US$ 32 /bed /night.
- Compulsory
New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) surcharge US$ 60 ++ / person,
children from 4 - 11 years old gets 50% discount of adult
charge.
- Airport
transfer service available at additional charge Rp 85,000
/way /car.
- Full
payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
