• Rates are per room per night basis.
• Check in at 02 PM and check out time at 12 noon.
• Extended check out until 6 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6 PM.
• High season (15 June - 19 July 2011) surcharge US$ 17 /room /night.
• Lebaran season (26 August - 6 September 2011) surcharge US$ 22 /room /night.
• Peak season (20 December 2011 - 5 January 2012) surcharge US$ 32 /room /night.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during Lebaran period & peak season.
• Early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
• Extra bed surcharge US$ 18 /room /night (not applicable for Villa booking).
• No additional charge for maximum 2 children (0 - 12 years old) sharing with the parents room without extra bed, breakfast will be charged US$ 4 /child.
• Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) dinner surcharge US$ 65 /person, children gets 50% discount from adult's charge.
• Airport transfer service available at additional charge Rp 75,000 /way /car.
• Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
