are per room per night basis.

check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00

- High
season (15 June - 17 September 2009) surcharge US$ 22 nett
/night.
- Peak
season (18 - 30 September 2009) surcharge US$ 32 nett /night.
- Full
payment should be transfered immediately to secure the booking.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season,
45 (forty five) days during high season or within 55 (fifty
five) days during peak season.
- No
show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior
to arrival during low season, 14 (fourteen) days during
high season or or 21 (twenty one) days during peak season,
early check out or any reduction of stay period will be
charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Compulsory
Idul Fitri Eve (20 - 23 September 2009) surcharge US$ 30
nett /person.
Children from 2 - 10 years old will be charged US$ 20 nett
/child.
- Extra
bed US$ 27 nett /room /night.
- Airport
transfer is available at additional Rp. 75,000 /car /way.
