are per room per night basis.

Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.

Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from
room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out
after 6.00 PM.
- High
season (1 July - 31 August 2010) surcharge US$ 12 nett /room
/night.
- Peak
season (7 - 15 September 2010 / 23 December 2010 - 5 January
2011) surcharge US$ 32 nett /room /night.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21
(twenty one) days at high season or 30 (thirty) days during
peak season.
- No
show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will
be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra
bed surcharge US$ 17 nett /room /night.
- Maximum
1 child (0 - 11 years old) sharing with the parents room without
extra bed are free of charge, children meal rate is 50% off
from adult's charge.
- Airport
transfer services available at additional charge Rp 75,000
nett /way /car.
- Compulsory
New Year's Eve (31 December 2010) Dinner surcharge US$ 40
/person.
- Full
payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
