  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 30 (thirty) days during high season and peak season.
  • 50% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival during high season and peak season.
  • Any cancellation noticed less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival during peak season, no show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
  • Minimum 3 (three) nights stay is required during peak season period.
  • Extra person is not applicable in Hotel Room.
  • Additional surcharge US$ 50 /night for maximum 1 (one) extra person more than 12 years old in Suite & Penthouse.
