Payment Options - Bali Friendly Hotel

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Bali Friendly provides 3 payment options for your hotel/villa booking. The payment terms and conditions for each hotel/villa are different, depending on their management policies and also the season (low, high or peak). We will inform you personally, by email, about the payment system of the hotel/villa you have reserved.

The options are:

1. ONLINE SECURE PAGE

You can pay online by credit card using our Online Secure Page which is supported by National Australia Bank and SecurePay.

Conditions for this payment option are:
- Only Visa and Master card acceptable.
- Additional 3.5% bank charge of total payment, plus US$ 6 non-refundable fee per transaction.

If you use this payment option, we will inform you of the details and Reservation Code that must be provided in the payment form.

2. BANK TRANSFER

You can do the payment by bank transfer to our bank account at :
- Permata Bank : for payment in US Dollars & Indonesian Rupiah.
- Bank Central Asia : for payment in Indonesian Rupiah.

For bank transfer payment, Bali Friendly will not be responsible for any transfer fees or exchange rates that might cause a difference between the amount you transfer and amount we receive.

We will inform you of our bank account details once this payment option has been confirmed.

3. PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL

We need your credit card details as a booking guarantee for this option. Your credit card will not be debited unless you cancel your booking (based on hotel/villa cancellation policy).

Some hotels/villas may only need your credit card details by email. Others will ask you to fill out and sign a credit card authorisation form, and then fax it back with a copy of your passport and credit card.

You can pay either direct to the hotel/villa or to Bali Friendly when you arrive in Bali.

The payment could be by:

a. Credit Card
Most of the hotels in Bali accept Master & Visa cards only. Some hotels also accept Amex, JCB and other major credit cards. Usually there is an additional bank charge of 3 - 3.5% on the total amount for payment.

b. Cash
The most popular payments by cash in Bali are in Indonesian Rupiah and US Dollars. If you want to change your money, we suggest you to go to trustworthy & reputable money changers eg. Central Kuta or Bali Maspinjindra.

N.B.: For US Dollars, most hotels & money changers only accept denominations after year 2000 that are unmarked and in good condition. The standard exchange rate is valid for US$ 100 notes. Denominations of less than that or those in poor condition will reduce the exchange rate.
