  • Rates are per room per night basis.
  • Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season, or 30 (thirty) days during high season and peak season.
  • No show, cancellation noticed less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
  • Extra bed surcharge US$ 28 /bed /night for Room type or US$ 38 / bed /night for Villa type.
  • No charge for maximum 1 child (0 - 11 years old) sharing bed in the same room with parents, breakfast will be charged US$ 5 /child.
  • Airport transfer is available with additional charge Rp 250,000 /car /way during office hour (9.00 AM - 16.00 PM);  before and after office hour, airport transfer charge is Rp 300,000 /car /way.
  • Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
