  • Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2012) surcharge: US$ 10 /room /night.
  • Peak season (15 December 2012 - 15 January 2013) surcharge: US$ 10 /room /night.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
  • No show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
  • Extra bed surcharge US$ 12 /bed /night.
  • Maximum 1 child under 12 years old is allowed sharing bed in the same room with parents.
  • Airport transfer is available at Rp. 250,000 /car /way.
  • Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
