are per room per night basis.
- Check
in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended
check out until 1.00 PM will be charged 50% from room
rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after
6.00 PM.
- High
season (1 July - 15 September 2010) surcharge: US$ 17
nett /room /night.
- Peak
season (20 December 2010 - 6 January 2011) surcharge:
US$ 28 nett /room /night.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season,
30 (thirty) days at high season or 45 (forty five) days
during peak season.
- No
show, any cancellation noticed less than 14 (fourteen)
days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction
period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation
value.

Extra bed surcharge US$ 22 nett /room /night.
- Maximum
2 children under 10 years old is allowed sharing bed in
the same room with parents without breakfast.
- Airport
transfer is available at Rp. 85,000 nett /way.
- Compulsory
New Year's Eve (31 December 2010) Dinner surcharge US$
80 nett /person, discount 50% for children under 10 years
old.
- Full
payment should be transferred immediately to secure the
booking.
