The location is at Petitenget (Seminyak) which is far more peaceful but still has a lot to offer. Only 30 minutes from international airport and few minutes to the beach. It is close to restaurants & entertainments and an ideal point for shopping & sightseeing. Access for shopping, bars, nightlife etc. within the Kuta area is a short taxi ride away.

• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• High season (1 July - 31 August 2010 / 8 - 12 September 2010 / 12 - 14 February 2011) surcharge US$ 22 nett /room /night.
• Peak season (15 December 2010 - 5 January 2011) surcharge US$ 27 nett /room /night.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
• No show will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
• Extra bed surcharge US$ 22 nett /night for adult and US$ 17 nett /night for children.
• Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp 85,000 nett /way /car (valid for less than 3 nights stay).
• Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
