Rates are per room per night basis.
Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
High season (15 July - 15 September 2011 / 20 December 2011 - 10 January 2012) surcharge US$ 22 /night for Garden View Room, Ocean View Room & Qunci Pool - Ocean View Room, and US$ 52 /night for Pool Villas.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season.
25% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 45 (forty) days before arrival at high season.
50% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at high season.
No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Extra bed surcharge US$ 22 /bed /night.
No charge for 2 maximum 2 children (0 - 11 years old) sharing with the parents room without extra bed, breakfast will be charged US$ 6 /child.
Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) Dinner surcharge US$ (to be advised) /person, children get 50% discount of adult's charge.
Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
