The sound of the waves crashing on the shores of Legian Beach surrounds Seaside Villa (formely known as Villa Kubu Partha), one of Bali's most idyllic beachfront housing complexes.

Set amidst a tropical atmosphere which combines elements of both traditional Indonesian and Mexicana design, Seaside Villa is luxurious as well as comfortable. Featuring arched doorways and soft hued colours the villas and grounds are stunningly detailed with feature windows, statues and stone relief carvings.

Boasting three 2 bedroom, thatched roof houses - all including air conditioning and spacious private bathrooms and all with access to the gym, billiard room, business office, putting green and central swimming pool facilities.

This villa was designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups of people. It is a delight to wander through the lush tropical gardens that lead down to the beach or just relax around the pool.

Rates are per room per night basis.
Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
25% deposit of total reservation should be transfered 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival.
Full balance payment should be transfered 10 (ten) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment is due immediately.
25% from total room blocking will be charged if cancellation noticed less than 15 (fifteen) days arrival, 50% charged if less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival or 100% charged if less than 3 (three) days prior to arrival.
No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Airport transfer services available at Rp. 75,000 nett /way /car.
Extra bed is allowed for 3 bedrooms villa booking only with additional charge US$ 33 /room / night.
