Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.

Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

High season (1 July - 31 August 2012) surcharge US$ 20 /room /night.

Peak season (23 December 2012 - 5 January 2013) surcharge US$ 25 /room /night.

1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, within 14 (fourteen) days during high season or 21 (twenty one) during peak season.

Early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.

Extra bed surcharge US$ 22 /bed /night.

Maximum 1 child (0 - 6 years old) are allowed in the same room with parents, breakfast will be charged US$ 3 /child.

Airport transfer is available with additional charge Rp 100,000 /car /way during office hour (9.00 AM - 16.00 PM); before and after office hour, airport transfer charge is Rp 120,000 /car /way.
