  • Rates are per room per night basis.
  • Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2011) surcharge US$ 13 /room /night.
  • Peak season (23 December 2011 - 2 January 2012) surcharge US$ 23 /room /night.
  • Minimum stay 2 (two) nights is required during high season and peak season period.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days at high season and peak season.
  • No show, any cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charge 100% of total reservation value.
  • Extra bed surcharge US$ 22 /room /night.
  • No additional charge for 1 child (0 - 11 years old) sharing existing bed with the parents, without breakfast.
  • Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 250,000 /way /car.
  • Full payment should be transfered immediately to secure the booking.
