Villa
Arte is designed
by a French architect, these two villas are located down a small
laneway beside the rice field, in the middle of the “Petitenget”
area of popular Seminyak. They are close to some of Bali’s
most elegant restaurants and the beach of Ku De Ta. Each villa
has 2 bedrooms, 2 dressing rooms and 2 bathrooms. Each villa has
its own entrance, with a private, walled garden and a long swimming
pool that enters directly to the living room.
The
open-air living room has satellite TV and a multi stereo system,
a spacious dining room and a large fully-equipped kitchen. The
two bedrooms are designed to ensure relaxation and comfort and
each has its own upstairs balcony.
The
villas are very suitable for other small group of guests who need
privacy and comfort. The location provides you with easy access
to whatever adventurous place you want to go across Bali. Create

check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 25% from room rate,
50% for late check out until 10 PM & full rate will be
charged if checking out after 10 PM, subject to availability.

check in is available from 6 AM at no charge, subject to availability.
- High
season (20 - 28 January 2012) surcharge: US$ 27 /villa /night.
- Peak
season (18 December 2011 - 7 January 2012) surcharge: US$
60 /villa /night.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season,
30 (thirty) days during high season or 45 (forty five) days
during peak season.
- No
show, cancellation noticed less than 10 (ten) days prior to
arrival during low season, 20 (twenty) days during high season
or 30 (thirty) days during peak season, early check-out or
any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total
reservation value.
- Airport
transfer service available at additional charge Rp 85,000
/way /car.
- Full
payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment
