• Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 11.00 noon.
• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• High season (1 July - 31 August 2010) surcharge: US$ 27 net / room /night.
• Peak season (20 December 2008 - 7 January 2011) surcharge: US$ 37 net /room /night. Minimum stay 2 nights is required for the guest who check in on 24, 25, 30 and 31 December 2010.
• 50% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season, 30 (thirty) days during high season and peak season.
• No-show, early check out or any reduction of period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
• Extra bed surcharge US$ 37 nett /bedroom /night.
• Maximum 1 children under 10 years old are allowed in the same room with parents, extra bed surcharge will be applied for the second children.
• Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 75,000 nett /car /way.
• Compulsory Christmas Dinner (24 December 2010) surcharge US$ 100 nett /person.
• Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2010) Dinner surcharge US$ 100 nett /person.
