Rates are per room per night basis.
Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
High season (1 July - 31 August 2009 / 19 - 27 September 2009 / 21 December 2009 - 5 January 2010) surcharge: for Deluxe & Suite US$ 17 nett /night; for Villa US$ 52 nett /night.
Full payment should be transfered immediately to secure the booking.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 45 (forty five) days before arrival at low season or 55 (fifty five) days at high season.
No-show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
Extra bed surcharge US$ 20 nett /room /night.
Maximum 1 child under 12 years old is allowed sharing bed in the same room with parents.
Airport transfer is available at Rp. 85,000 nett /way.
